Helping people has always been a driving factor in Dan Ventura’s life. He started as a business owner & entrepreneur. After years of using his talents in his business to make life better for others, he embarked on early retirement. It wasn’t long until his passion for helping others would inspire him to begin his next chapter in the mortgage industry.

Dan started in the mortgage business 19 years ago. He went from loan processor to loan originator, helping droves of people along the way. Throughout it all, his focus has remained on empowering others to transform their lives by making homeownership a reality for anyone who trusts his professional guidance.

Community is a big part of Dan’s life; that’s why he coaches local youth sports and contributes to road racing events and food pantries. However, his favorite pastime is spending time exploring the North Shore with his best friend and dog, Neely.

One of the most heartfelt ways to show respect to someone is by listening to what they have to say. To Molly Sue, this is the most important aspect of her job as a Licensed Loan Officer at Fairway Independent Mortgage in Newburyport.

She knows that purchasing a home is often a once-in-a-lifetime event, so coaching her clients and helping them understand the mortgage process is important to her. She strives to stay balanced and always remember her main objective – to help each client reach their unique homeownership goals smoothly and efficiently.

Molly Sue majored in business and finance at Worcester State University. In May of 2017, she started her internship with Fairway, and the rest is, as they say, history.

Outside of work, she enjoys attending workout classes, going on hikes, and traveling as much as possible. Molly Sue also volunteers at the Colleen Ritzer Memorial Walk each year, which is an event that honors one of her high school teachers. Like Ms. Ritzer, Molly strives always to be kind and patient. According to Molly, it’s been a great day as long as she’s been able to help at least one person.

If you’re looking for service with a personal touch, look no further than Samantha Bomba. She prefers the “small business” way of doing things over the corporate approach, where clients often get lost in the shuffle.  

Samantha knows that exceptional customer service means answering all her clients’ questions, whether big or small. She has a “can-do” attitude and works hard to help her clients achieve their dream of owning their own homes.  

Samantha has been with Fairway Independent Mortgage in Newburyport for seven years. An interest in the mortgage industry and a love for working with people first drew her to Fairway. She obtained her Mortgage Loan Originator License in 2015 and is currently a Loan Officer with the Dan Ventura team. 

Summer is Samantha’s favorite time of year, as she loves spending time outdoors. Whether running, boating, or walking her dogs, Cash and Major, she is happy as long as the sun is shining.  

Fun fact: Samantha grew up playing goalie for the local boys’ hockey team. With her enthusiasm for the sport and her eagerness to give back, she can often be found coaching youth hockey or teaching her nieces and nephews how to skate.
